In 1998, my younger self
rode a mountain bike five villages farther to record a song in a self-built studio set up by some guys from school. We stopped recording at 1 am, and I cycled back through dark woods and empty streets, feeling free. I was fascinated by beats and loved watching the guys creating them. This passion never went away. Apple launched GarageBand, and I started experimenting and creating my own songs and beats.
Feeling, Falling - Not Fearing
This song was created with the feeling of having met someone who sparked a light flirt, an interest, an attraction - something that seems to be quite rare these days.
What you can hear is my totally imperfect voice and my attempt to sing a bit more. But you also - hopefully - feel what I intend to spread here:
A dreamy feeling of liking someone. A dreamy evening. No seriousness, but lightness. Letting go. Exploring without fearing. And then simply feeling - not pushing for interpretations, and expectations.
I hope that this song and beat make you daydream a bit more.
